Kabocha

The Kabocha pumpkin is a type of Japenese winter squash. With a dark green skin and light green stripes, it is looking a bit different from the most common orange varieties. Orange coloured on the inside, the taste of this sweet and creamy pumpkin is often compared to sweet chesnut.
